At Mallinaz, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy your beauty and skincare purchases with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent returns and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or promotional products are non-returnable.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mallinaz.com.
Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order through our store.
