1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (unless otherwise stated). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–7 business days within New York
International Shipping (if applicable): Delivery in 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors.

4. Shipping Zones & Restrictions
We currently ship to the following countries/regions: United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and EUROP
Some remote areas or regions may incur extra delivery time or charges.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or custom fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after order confirmation, please contact us.
6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier and initiate an investigation.
In case the package arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays, non-deliveries or returns to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
