1. Where do you ship and how long does it take
We ship to the US, 3-7 business days, Canada, 5-10 business days the UK, EU, 7-14 business days and Australia,7-14 business days. Remote areas may require extra time.

3. How do I track my order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number and email on our “Track My Order” page.

This tracker supports most global carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, La Poste, DHL, etc.).
4. What is your return policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Start a request via our Returns Portal. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 3–7 business days).
5. Do you offer a warranty
Yes. Mallinaz devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, contact us with your order number, photos or a short video, and a description of the problem.
At Mallinaz, we stand behind the quality of our beauty devices and accessories. This Limited Warranty gives you clear, simple protection and support if something goes wrong.
1) Duration of Coverage
Beauty devices (electronic): 12 months from delivery date.
Non-electronic tools & accessories: 6 months from delivery date.
Batteries, cables and consumables: 3 months from delivery date.
Some products may include longer manufacturer warranties—if so, the longer term applies.
2) What This Warranty Covers
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended, personal use, including:
Device fails to power on or hold charge
Non-cosmetic cracks or loose internal parts
Buttons, LEDs or heating elements not functioning as intended
3) What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
Misuse, drops, liquid damage, improper storage or cleaning
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
Consumables (razor blades, pads, heads) beyond their normal lifespan
Loss or theft
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or resellers
4) Geographic Scope
This warranty is valid for orders shipped to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. We’ll service your claim from the shipping region of your original order whenever possible.
5) How to Make a Claim (Easy Steps)
Contact us: Submit a request at /pages/contact-us with subject “Warranty Claim”.
Provide: Order number, product name, serial (if any), photos/video clearly showing the issue, and a short description.
Troubleshoot: Our team may suggest quick checks.
Approval & next steps: If approved, we’ll issue RMA instructions and advise on return or exchange.
Tip: Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. We cannot process claims without it.
6) Remedies We Provide
Upon verification of a covered defect within the warranty period, Mallinaz will, at its discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
Refund the original purchase price (if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable).
Replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
7) Shipping Costs
If your claim is approved within the warranty period, Mallinaz covers the outbound shipping of the repaired/replacement unit.
You are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us unless local law requires otherwise. We’ll provide the correct return address and labelling.
8) Out-of-Warranty Service
If your product is outside the warranty period or not eligible, we may offer paid repair/replacement options at a preferential rate (subject to parts availability).
9) Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws (including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU directives on consumer goods, Australian Consumer Law, and US state laws). Where local law grants you additional rights or mandatory remedies, those will apply.
10) Third-Party Brands
For products manufactured by third parties, Mallinaz will honour this policy or any longer manufacturer warranty disclosed with the product.
11) Care & Safe Use
Please follow the user manual and safety guidelines (e.g., compatible voltages, cleaning methods, skincare contraindications). Damage arising from unsafe or improper use is not covered.

How long is the warranty?
12 months for electronic devices, 6 months for non-electronic tools, 3 months for batteries/cables unless otherwise stated.
Do I need the box?
No, but you must provide proof of purchase and the serial/lot number if available.

All orders arrive in protective, unbranded outer packaging. Gift messaging or gift-ready packaging may be available during peak seasons—watch for the option at checkout.
